- Machine wash cold 

- Use a delicate or gentle cycle

- Place the pant in a laundry bag 

- Wash inside out 

- Do not use bleach or fabric softeners

- Do not tumble dry

- Lay flat to dry, away from heat sources and direct sunlight

- Iron inside out on low heat
